Doug, I have the plugs and the crimping tool and do this all the time, PM me if you can't find anybody local and we'll see what we can do. I'm just a bit too far away to pop round and do it.

Whilst it might not be as elegant as properly crimping on new pins (and you HAVE to have the right tools to do that reliably) I always just chop off a commercially bought servo lead a couple of inches from the plug and solder that to the bare lead. I've just fitted out a top model Swift like that and covered all the separate servo leads in protective mesh after heat shrinking each lead individually so no one can see I've done a cut and shut anyway!

However, I can understand if you want to do it "properly" and I'm sure there is a satisfaction to that too.
