Placed an order by email on Saturday lunchtime - 10 minutes later received an apologetic phone call saying they didn't have the RX battery I wanted but suggested an acceptable - and cheaper alternative - a switch and servo leads wouldn't be in stock until Tuesday and did I need the rest of the order urgently ?
How's that for service ?
