Keil kraft
Not gliding. But a bit of nostalgia.
Re: Keil kraft
And as if by magic, I took these today at the Southampton Aviation Museum.
Well worth a visit.

Re: Keil kraft
Love the video - clearly pre- 'elf and safety' days - not a face mask in sight - just plenty of ciggies and lots of neck ties ready to get caught in the machinery. Wonder how a UK kit manufacturer employed so many people but thinking about it, the number of KK kits I built and crashed in the 1970s probably accounts for most of that employment...

Really liked this video. Good lesson for modern youth in staying safe with minimum fuss and bother and maximum common sense. Richard.

Re: Keil kraft
What a brilliant film. Now I can see where my hard earned pocket money went when I was a lad. Makes me wonder if there is a correlation between technology and number of kits produced, i.e. more technology = fewer kits. Pleased to see all the machine workers had all their fingers, despite lack of Health & Safety then. Bravo!
