Paul
Could only come on the Saturday, but what a fabulous day, and such a great venue.
Many thanks for all your efforts

Thanks to all those that attended, and to John and Ray for ‘tugging’ some people flew so much they were worn out by the end of the day!
We raised £385 for the farmers charity.
I will be speaking to the farmer about some dates next year!
Thanks again
Paul

Hi Paul. After a great first event in 2023, are there plans for 2024 and beyond?

Afternoon Richard
Unfortunately I don’t have the time to arrange an event this year, but happy to pass on the farmers details to someone who might like to take it on. Im sure the farmer would be pro, as we raised some good cash for his charity last year.

Hi Paul, I'm currently considering your suggestion of volunteering to run this event. In the meantime it would be helpful to have the farmers contact details. Text me on 07775863574 so that they are not out on the open forum. Any information about last year's event would be helpful. Where advertised, cost, height limit for Notam, do you have directional signs to the event, direction of runway ( I think you talked at the end of the event of asking the farmer to mow a second direction). I'm thinking of 29th /30th June as otherwise it would clash with White Sheet Scale day and is free of conflicts with BMFA events. That's for starters, let me know what you think. Richard
