I was just reading of Antonia's bad experience with Rosenthal Flugmodelle in the bad service thread and I thought I ought to mention the good service I've had from Cliff in a spare for my 25+ year old Pat Teakle HP 18, I'd lost the tailplane, Cliff supplied and sent me a new one, for a very reasonable sum, on the basis of pay me when you see me next at an aerotow.
