Hi Geoff,
Hope that the `pills' are doing a good job so we can see you up on the Mynd for our get together in July, and a lot sooner if you can, weather permitting.
lets hope for a good summer so we can all recharge our batteries ! and those in our models.
Kind regards

Hi Geoff,
Great to hear you're on the mend.
For the Long Mynd events this year, we have to use a different camping field. The owners of the Wentnor site, Ben and Anne Hodson, have decided to call it a day after 40 odd years or so.
We do however have a very nice alternative site. It's in a place called Hamperley and it's nice and flat, with easy access off the A49.
It's on the other side of the hill to Ben's field and has a view of the glider station.
Just right for you and Terry, as there is a pub just down the road!
Looking forward to seeing you again.
All the best,
Mark.

Thanks for that. What do you mean the pub is situated close by for Terry and me, you will have to show your guests the way, lead from the front, straight up to the bar, and order? The landlord may not understand us southerners.
