on my big Pawmee I stafted woth 2 degrees an d need another 2 due to torque pukking the tug left.

Your Pawnee flies very realistically, as you'd expect at that size and weight. I saw a full scale Pawnee towing ASK21s in a gusty 25 knot wind on Sunday and it handled the conditions well. The pilot kept plenty of speed on during finals and flew the plane onto the ground rather than floating it in and risking a gust flipping a wing.
