Propeller Feathering

I'm going to throw this out to the group, to see if anybody has had more luck at finding a unit which will feather the propeller when the motor stops.
The only item I have found is on a german site:

Problem is I don't understand it, is it a commercial unit or been built in the workshop?
Does anybody know if you can buy a unit which would fit a 1/4 scale ASK14?

Well this is going to be interesting, I am going to try and put one of these together. It won't be a fantastic scale work of art like Noel's, but I am going to see if we can put something together that works by buying the parts. I have found some bevel gears on Ebay that will work, and am currently looking for a suitable spinner that can be adapted. A new backplate will need to be made to fit the mechanism to.
