Arthur,
We posted the plan on the site.
The CNC kit is something else. I know that a few people are building or have build the K14.
This I know because of the piece that have been send around the globe.
Building is one thing, finishing and flying it, is the ultimate thing!
This is one on film I know finished it and flew it see the film:
The construction however is not that simple.
You should have a bit of building experience!!!
Maybe that is why it is not that popular.
I have have changed e.g. the wing joiner, you should use a round shaft. The screws to hold the wings are only working up front at the LE.
I solved the problem beginning this year to hold my wings to the fuselage by cutting a hole in the box behind the the flat steel joiner. A plastic tie rap or strap as we call it, will be pulled through the eye bolds so the wing can't move. After flying the strap is cut.
The drawing can be printed as it is.
You would have a 1/1 scaled drawing being 1/3 scale or the 1/4 scaled one.
A copy centre can do this for you.
If that fails I can send you the drawings over, PM me.
On the landing gear...
This is the hard part.
Please contact me for it if you want to go scaled like the drawings show you.
I made a few changes so it is more stable now. How would I know...
Mine is now flying very well and I have the same motor setup as the one in the film.
The motor however is no longer available from Graupner.
It was the Compact 610 Z with 29.6 V turning a 17x9" prop that is all feathering.
Works great but I told you this before...
I could also make you a CD with all the pictures about the K14 I have.
These will help you with your building 200%...
See also the old forum on the K14...
I do hope this helps,
Noël
