On the whole surface I applied a mix of epoxy and microballoons, to fill all the small gaps.
Immediately I placed 80g fiberglass and again saturate it with epoxy, then removed the excess of epoxy with small plastic plate.

I removed ribs from the first half and reused them on the second half.

I sticked together both halves, to see how they fit together, and started making some ribs for wings. :)

Two halves sanded on the inside and 80g fiberglass cut in shapes. One layer over all fuselage and another just on the front part.

Same as on the outside, I first fill the gaps with microballoon and then saturate fiberglass with epoxy.

Both halves aligned on edge and sticked together.

Square tube with holes for screws, which will be inside fuselage, made out of GFK plate.

Square tube, covered with few layers of carbon fiber strings and filled with a mix of epoxy and cotton fibers around nuts.
