Hi just got back from furteventura so l have just looked at this thread. Glad you have joined the forum. The build is looking good a glider I have always liked. I have a old 3 meter veron cobra it may make my rebuild it??? . keep on posting. ROO

That's a nice jig. Almost as much in constructing that as in making the wing.

Lower channel filled with carbon (roving TX 2400).
That way, wing is very flexible and very strong.

Lower part covered and aligned with front edge.
Then I glued plate to the ribs and weighted everything down.

Edge is reinforced with carbon fibers, so it can be sanded to be very thin.
