Hi just got back from furteventura so l have just looked at this thread. Glad you have joined the forum. The build is looking good a glider I have always liked. I have a old 3 meter veron cobra it may make my rebuild it??? . keep on posting. ROO :D :D

That's a nice jig. Almost as much in constructing that as in making the wing. :lol:

Lower channel filled with carbon (roving TX 2400).
That way, wing is very flexible and very strong.

Lower part covered and aligned with front edge.
Then I glued plate to the ribs and weighted everything down.

Edge is reinforced with carbon fibers, so it can be sanded to be very thin.
