Wing tips made today. About 1 hours work. Two pieces of ply lamented together with metal pins that slot in to carbon tubes in the wings. Need to be sanded.

Doing well Roo, was the vac bag and vacuum cleaner successful?

I have always use the Lay flat tubing ,supplied by the molding suppliers for vacuum bagging processes.Although it opens into a tube it comes on a roll flat until you slide your work piece into it, it is very smooth and leaves the work-piece the same, can be used for any length you wish. seal the ends with sellotape after loading your work to make it airtight. Can be used more than once.

I have lots of this material available to anyone who wishes to have a go at vac-bagging and would happily do a' how too' here on the forum if enough are interested.
Just send me a P.M. with your address and length of bag required and I will send you some in the post.

Keep up the good work Roo. Regards Terry
