Hoping to use these Servorahman LDS frames with KST X10 minis.

Test fit shows some missalignment causing the frame to flex.

Do you think this is significant?

Hi Phil,
What a super model that is. You're one lucky guy. Anything these guys produce is just superb.
Please Keep this build thread going we're all eyes!
As for the servo's what is the Torque of each one?
How do you slide the bent(dihedral) carbon joiner through the fus?
What did you have to buy the wife to get it. ;)
Regards Terry

Hi Terry,

Servo spec is 7.5kg/cm at 8.4V.

The joiner is quite a loose fit in the fuselage. It is all held snug with the incidence pins when wings fitted.

My wife is cool about this one, although I haven’t told her about the Baudis Skywalker I have on order :?

Ok, the KST X10 minis do not work with the servorahmen LDS frames.

The LDS small servo horns don't fit on the servo spline and the servo size is slghtly different to the KST 225MG and distort the frame.

I’ve found some KST X10 mini frames from emc-vega.de which I’ll try with the supplied control surface horns which are very low profile anyway.

Horns glued into pre cut slots.

I reduced the height of the outer aileron horns as the wing section is very thin at the outer aileron position
