Another feature of a common language, separated by the Atlantic ? What on earth is a bugar ? I would hate to be bugared by a moderator. :o
Reminds me of a Yankee exchange pilot we had one year who blanched when he saw "faggots" on the Somerset pub menu !

Watching this build with great interest. Keep up the blog.

Hello Bob,
You are cracking on well with this fascinating project. It would be good to see a little more detail of how the joiner system works at the centre section/tip section interface if that is possible. I think the last post is leading up to it.
Also are you putting carbon tows on the spruce spars? Again it looks like it from the last post.

Richard.

Hi Bob,
as a long time Horten researcher, I had some input to Jilles drawings.
The wing section is pretty thick, although still slightly thinner than exact scale - have you experienced any problems with this feature ?
Slope soaring is my thing and I am considering an H.IIIb of around 3m which is is a bit easier to hang onto in a blow :D

Thank you for the info Bob. I think modellers everywhere are finding it more difficult to source hardware items these days.
Good luck with the rest of the build. We are following it all with interest.

Richard.
