OK Mick...first of all, remember that there's a 3mm sq spruce rail that sits on top of the wing fairing, rebated 1mm to allow for the glazing.

Here's a screen shot with attached PDF of F7 & F7a, taken straight from the plan. Note the distance shown at the base of F7a: check to see if this matches up with your part? If it does, then for some reason the fuselage may be wider at that point that it should be?

hi Chris
thanks for the pdf
the width of mine is 145mm , i have put the 3mm sq for the frame etc
the width of the top part of former on the plan and former itself is 125 mm
the last lot you sent i enlarged on photocopier to have correct width 145mm
but when i offered up it was the wrong curve
i think i will make one up in situ with .8 mm ply strips to get correct curve
it’s a strange one , it’s a challenge but will get there

OK, the fog lifts a little...F6a is actually missing from the plan, so I don't know what the part you have labelled F6a actually is. Here is a PDF of F6a which I eventually found on my PC!

Cliff, can you add it to the plan file?

Yes Mick it certainly does! But, I don't think it is.
