The stabilization mode, is not heading hold, it just tries to hold the plane at the same attitude. You can override the elevator stabilization with control inputs. You could also turn the gain down on the elevator so the it basically just kept the wings level. Gain is adjustable from a pot on the Tx, and all gain settings are accessible direct from the Tx, no PC needed, so you can adjust on the field. I have one in a foamy wot 4, and it is rock steady in a gale.

A quick google indicates that if your Tx is running OpenTx 2.2 or higher, you look on the Tx SD card for a folder called S6R & Lua script is in there.
Not looked in my Tx yet, so good luck.

I am fairly sure that you download the file and put it on the SD Card.
