I think you may be confusing it with "Pile-in" racing where competitors place their models on a heap as they arrive and then draw lots for which one they will fly. ;)

Had a great days GPS Racing Sunday with the best ever recorded race of the year for me at Baldock, with 8 laps with a starting height of 385mtrs and 22.5 minutes of flight, with a peak height during the race of 530mtrs.
Just goes to show if you listen to people and act on the instructions you can only get better.
