HI, I would like to say a special thank you to Mandy who on both days slaved away baking brownies and crisp cakes for us all to enjoy.

+1 for that Terry - I enjoyed Mandy’s cooking whilst flying at both Buckminster and MW. Only downside is that eating whilst flying tends to fill up the gimbals with pastry flakes or bits of rocky road...
