Wonderful day yesterday. Great flying and good company.
The only sadness was the lack of glider guiders . After all the hard work that John and Pat have put into rescuing the event from oblivion the one thing that is desperately needed is more people to attend.

A classic weekend at a classic venue... Many thanks to the Ghost Squadron for putting on the event in the face of many bureaucratic obstacles. (Super weather both days, in spite of the forecasts.)

Considering the weather forecast, what a fantastic week-end, the weather gods were certainly with us, I was nice to blow away the winter cobwebs and to get the early season gremlins out of the way!...
Thanks very much to John, Darren, Tony, and Al, etc. at Ghost squadron for a cracking week-end

Yep, just to endorse, great day yesterday and pretty perfect aerotow weather which held up until we were leaving the field.
Thanks to the Ghosties for a great day.

I could only make the Sunday, but another great day’s flying, with plenty of lift most of the time and long flights, and a bit of tugging when not gliding. Not sure where everyone else was as we really need more numbers to keep these events viable! As always, the event would not be possible without the dedication and hard work of the Ghost Squadron, so thanks guys - two excellent events so far this year and it’s not even the end of May yet!
