Glider Envy

Good afternoon. I have recently been infected with Glider Envy after spending some time in the company of various glider fliers at County MFC. I'm also a member of the Christchurch & District club, where we have access to both grass fields and to a large lake north of Bournemouth. I design and build most of my models and alternate between wheels and floats. At the moment I'm building an Avro Lincoln, but next year I'm planning to start a motor glider, probably from the Chris Williams plan range.

Best wishes to all, Mike

Next year!? Surely the Lincoln isn’t going to keep you busy that long!?

The Spot Police have noted your error, Vince C, and will be calling round as soon as they have the time and resources. A four-engined DH86 is called an Express. ;)

Perhaps you have been watching too much Game of Thrones?
