Hello All,
I have been reading your forum daily for a couple of weeks and find it very interesting with good banter between members. I have not flown much in the way of gliders for quite a long time but would like to get back into it at some time. I enjoy the build threads and enjoy seeing what you guys are building. Enjoy the enforced building time if you can.
Regards Wayne.

Hi Wayne
I'm relatively new to vintage gliding as well...
There's a terrific wealth of knowledge and experience here - people like Cliff, Barry Cole, Chris Williams and many others will all chip in to help. Don't be afraid to ask !!
Plans, kits, finished models are all possible. Modern radios are much more affordable than in years past, so, you can put together a good model at quite reasonable cost. However, if you want to go bigger then 1/5th scale it will cost quite a bit more in materials etc. (but you can build up to this in stages).
Happy modelling,
Dave
