Hello from France

Hi Everyone, I’m English but live in SW France. I use to fly RC gliders in the 70s in Lincolnshire so thought it time to restart. In France before you can fly solo you have to pass a test to gain a licence. Fortunately I have a local club 5 miles away. I’m under training using an electric glider as it’s a flat field site. My first build project is a Chris Williams “Howzat II” which is nearly finished. I’ve not got much flying done due to the lockdown and now we have another. I’m thinking of building a Flamingo HW-4 with aero-tow facility as some members have suitable tug capable aircraft.
