Hi Gazzer, I used to produce the Purbeck sailplanes 4mtr Fox. The molds of the canopies are held by Barry at Sarik vacform. He will know straight away what you will require if you discuss this with him. He is a modeler himself. I believe these will fit your model as both models are the same in size. There is a front and rear canopy. (slightly different rake/slope to the front) so make sure you order the one you want. Hope this helps.
Regards Terry.

The Airworld Fox is a 3.5:1 scale rather than a proper 1/3rd scale one like yours Terry. It may be that the canopies could be used despite that of course.

Hi, by the way!!

Hi Simon, Hope you and the guys down there are well. Next year we must fly together again. Yes I do believe that it has been done before ,putting a Purbeck canopy onto the airworld fox. Perhaps Gazzer will give us the info as he does it. Regards to Kent, Terry.

Hi all
Never thought I would be able to get a canopy for fox the one I had was ok but had been painted black so I put out a call and received a response from a Terry White who used to own purbeck and as he suggested the mould he had will fit the air world 4mtr Fox and need to speak to Barry at sarik vacforming we had a discussion re sizes and came to the conclusion that it would fit, few days later I received a parcel with the two piece moulding I can now say that the mould does work for the air world fox three days later the fox looks totally different

Excellent - looks much better. Glad my pedantic post about scales didn't stop it from fitting!

Getting the old canopy off the frame was easy getting the frame to fit snug was as bad as cutting the new canopy to size, once you achieve a nice fit I used canopy glue with a lot of clamps to keep in place then left to dry completely very happy with the outcome
