I have voted for a two day weekend but I would also support a mid week two day event if, as is probable, we wouldn't have sole use of the site.
I don't see that as a problem as long as we aren't sharing the runway, at Middle Wallop at the weekend, as well as the aerotow there was the regular model club and a vintage event all taking place, mind you MW has plenty of space.

Though I dont have BMFA membership, I've voted anyway.
I used to attend / fly at events with my father, we always did both days of a weekend as it gave plenty of time to get everything done, so thats what I voted for.

Come on Guys. Please all vote (if you would attend an event at Buckminster).

I need a realistic view of likely support.

Thanks

Hi John

Always nice to have a different site to fly, and meet other people

I think it would be a good venue surely there's enough room with a bit of compromise with fellow flyers.i would definitely attended .weekend would be best as I am at work during the week .

I appreciate that the GS run good events but this is not an event that appeals to me, for many reasons. I would attend more events further south, be they big or small. I have spent more time on the slopes this year and have missed the aerotowing.

Hi John,

Apologies but it's not possible for me to spend an overnight weekend away, so unfortunately i would be unable to attend an event that far away. Wish you every success though.
