I've just recently made one, 35mm x 35mm ali angle, right angle brackets from builders merchants along with wingnuts and bolts:

Mike, if you can't get the mounting brackets you can always buy longer lengths of the base angle that is required and cut pieces off for the brackets which is what I did with the original. Downside is, they will have to be drilled for the securing bolts.
