A good friend has just sent me an email with a press release saying that Graupner/SJ in Germany has just ceased trading. I am deeply sad about this as I have been a Graupner flier since the late 1980s.

As I understand it Brian, Graupner have been owned by a South Korean company for some years and this is some sort of "rationalisation" in moving admin/logistics to SK. I don't think anything has been made in Germany for a while.

Hi Brian, there is a thread running on RCgroups, been there for a few days, from what I have read the radios will still be produced by the Korean Company

I seriously hope that is the case. I have two Hott transmitters and fourteen Hott receivers of various capacities and I am not about to change that lot.
