I have just sorted out the ability to print topics as presented. Can I encourage all to put their pictures' inline when posting? That way, if you print the topic, you get all the pictures as well. Certainly that will help people that want a hard copy of a build thread.
An example of what is meant is below.

Attachments can be displayed within the post text by clicking the Place inline button for the desired attachment. When an attachment is placed inline,
The picture below is just "attached" and therefore appears at the bottom or"after the body of text. The picture above is "inline" and can therefore be moved around anywhere.
The plugin will only print the pictures in the post if the pictures are placed inline. As can be seen in the attached pdf Which has been place inline!
