Hi All

Trying to contact Fred at Islandmodels and the web site comes up with unsecure website ?? I can go no further ?

Anyone have an email , so I can ask where the 17 x 7 pine spars come from ? Mine must be a old kit ??

All pub quiz answers have been wrong !!

Help appreciated.

Thanks

SLEC can cut the spars for you, although I would suggest in Spruce or Douglas Fir. They will cut wood to any size.

Thank you for your replies. A great help.
I am just one of the few people who have an electric personality such that anything vaguely computer like when touched by me results in a Blue screen and a Fatal ERROR Message.! Which tends to slow down any efforts to search for info!
Thank you again

Cheers BC

My wife is now calliing me NURF as she knew that all along, so thanks for that !!

But that aside .......Thanks to everyone for you help, guidance and interest in solving my problem.

I think I have obviously bought an 'old' kit. With a discount !!

Now sorted.........Thanks to everyone who has been kind enough to take the time to do searches on MY behalf and come up with the Info.

Tailplane formers cyanoed and then 502'd. Solid as a rock.? That remindes me of a song ?

Should be 102 degrees acording to plan. With my Aldi degree protractor comes out as 105.2. I think that will do. Brilliant bit of kit!

I'll keep you posted if interested?

Got the Sitar Special nearly there after 25 years. Flapped it as it is FAST !!

Bit like an E Type..... Does 70 Parked !!
