Can we make the SSUK forum a snowflake free zone Cliff? We need somewhere to go where the politically correct little darlings cant get at usCliff Evans wrote: ↑06 Jul 2018, 10:41 Vinces stunning See Adler trusted to me. Already had some complaints from snowflakes about the swastika. It is a scale model and as such should reflect it's history. Which no matter how much people try, history cannot be changed. We just heve to learn from it!

I have had a lovely moulded 1/4 ASW20 for a good few years now, and still going great. Its a joy to fly in a nice breeze 15mph.
Also a S2G fox 1/3.5 awaiting a maiden after a repair.

Lunak 1/5 is probably my favourite of them all.
Inteco L213 1/5 is great aerobat in a good 20-25 mph.

Re: Show us your scale glider
Here are my gliders I have built, starting with my Grunau Baby to a Cliff Charlesworth plan built 30 years ago, a LO100 also a Cliff Charlesworth plan, a Jaskolka and a Skylark 1 to plans by John Watkins, and then an Airspeed Tern and a Slingsby Petrel both of my own design.
The LO100 I also built wings for the `150 ' version to my own design.
I have enjoyed building and flying them all.

This thread got me counting my “scalies”, nine in total. A further rummage in the attic found a further six airframes, all in a usable state but without radio. I think I might need to have a clearance sale at some point before “the missus” finds out!

Sadly, I only have 2. But they both get airborne most weekends.

Loving all these Slingsbys. Having said that, I haven't got one myself!
Here's photos of my semi-scale ASH25 (4.1m), Rodel Ka6 (4.2m) and Schuler DG505 (6.3m). Sorry can't find any photos of my Teakle ASW20.
