Another super 5th scale pilot from Wilson, a perfect fit in the Flamingo... and before anybody starts on price, I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't hang around with loose women. (Not any more)...I just buy pilots ;) ;) ;)

ImageCurrently finishing a Hangar 9 ASH31E ARF. It will have electric launch capability as well as Aerotow. It is powered by a 2kw Scorpion motor, battery to be 6 cell lipo 4000 Mah , and two separate 2 cell 3000mah flight systems. The motor is feed via a 100 amp ESC on a separate receiver, the motor battery and prop drive is removable for straight towing, it has a dummy ballasted nose cone for towing. It will be T3000 GPS fitted. Very impressed with the Hangar 9 quality!

A couple of months ago I was sorting out some old magazines and I came across a free plan for an F86 Sabre PSS model. I haven’t built anything like that in donkeys ages so I thought “the workbench is clear – why not”. I know it is not the usual sot of model to appear here but it is scale (ish) and it is a glider.
The construction and covering is basically complete and now for the fun painting bit!
