I have just made up a new launch dolly based upon the side plates available elsewhere on the forum - many thanks for making it available.
After transferring the side plate details to CAD, Cliff Evans kindy cut a couple of plates for me out of 6mm ply.
I found a couple of pairs of 125mm diameter scooter wheels on FleaBay for £6.50 a pair, some M6 & M8 threaded rod plus nuts/penny washers from the local hardware shop & the result is shown below.
Yet to add cushioning foam on the top rails & give it a try.
