At this stage, ballasted for correct CG, the Dart weighs in at 9lbs...

Would you like to build one for me as well Chris? I love my 1:3.5 version built to your plans especialy in big air and my more recent version to 1:5 is great in lighter wind. I feel the need for something in between.

The Dart was my very first introduction to slope soaring.
Peter Lewis, who owned the Shrewsbury Model Centre and also Cambrian Models at the time, had a kit of the Dart (on the cover of RCM&E in 1968 if memory serves) I met him and a couple of others up the Long Mynd to see what this slope soaring was all about. Still got the bug now.
