Re: WHO'S BUILDING WHAT FOR 2021
I am pleased to report that my 1/5 Minimoa was successfully maidened at County MFC today with not too much drama. Very many thanks to Barry for the expert tows and to Chris, Geoff and Trevor for wise backup and good eyesight when I got disorientated.
Best wishes to all for Christmas and lots of flying in 22.

Re: WHO'S BUILDING WHAT FOR 2021
I have just finished my Std Mucha 1/5 scale from Old gliders, now ready to be maidened. I have not flown a scale glider for many years so this may get interesting. I have fitted an aerotow release and hope to attend a few events next year to learn how to be towed.
I would like to wish everyone a safe, enjoyable Christmas and look forward to flying in 2022.

Rob. I built the 1/4 scale version for a QEFI review a few years ago. It flys lovely and you have nothing to worry about. Behaves impeccably on tow and it’s great to see a different shape in the sky.Robcrad wrote: ↑17 Dec 2021, 15:18 I have just finished my Std Mucha 1/5 scale from Old gliders, now ready to be maidened. I did find the airbrakes a bit ineffective and it floats on and on but it’s fine when you get used to it. Enjoy Mark
