Ok, I'm confused too, 7.8kg sounds awfully heavy for a model with a wingspan of 108".

Lovely model and a handy size at 1/6 scale, just like models used to be when I was a kid...but the one in the video is larger than that.

Conundrum solved!

I must apologise to all! This is not the Jilles model! It is Chris's 1/4 scale. I have two Terry's in France that have purchased T21's This Terry, after checking my records purchased the Chris Williams 1/4 scale T21. Another Terry is apparently still building the Jilles T21. So this one in the pictures here is the 1/4 scale!

Now then, Vince, this care home you were talking about!

Never go in a care home with a good slope..........you'll go down hill pretty quickly there.

I'd be pretty 'mad' if I'd just been thrown off a slope Vince.

I recently picked up a 1/6 kit and was planning to build it along my other ongoing builds. I was banking on some one in US to do the metal work for me (he had previously done excellent work for some other models). However due to personal circumstances he is unable to take up any work.
I have no ability and resource for doing the metal work involved with the 1/6 T21. I suppose these are not very complicated but I can't.

is there any one who may be willing to do this for a set of metals parts?

An urgent shout out for help. Would anyone know who may be able to help me out with the metal work please?
Have also dropped a message to Jilles Smits but not sure if he has seen it yet.

I did reply on the personal message. the reply was that you might not realize that I live in Australia. The metal parts are not difficult to make
Material can be bought at local hobby and/or hardware shops, a little jewelers saw and some time will give you the parts required
it is not difficult
