Hello,
Im am Ton from the Netherlands and this is my first login after my introduction.
I am lover off flying wings as the Fauvel AV 45.
I found a plan om this site from a 3,5 m wingspan.

Are there members off this forum who have build this Fauvel AV 45.
So yes are there build descriptions or tips off it.
Thank you.

Re: Fauvel AV 45
Hi Ton,
As far as I'm aware no one has begun building from this plan as its a new addition to the plans list I think.
It's from one of the regular and well respected contributors of plans here and I'm sure it has been designed and drawn to the very best level.
Jiles designs with cad cutting very much in mind so why not get our in house kit cutter (cliff Evans) to cut the parts and get building and keep us all up to date ,,,,good luck.
Chris Olson.

Re: Fauvel AV 45
Hi Ton,
if I remember correctly, Jilles told me that one of the wheels needs to be made steerable because at the beginning of the ground run the model has poor directional stability.
If you are going to hand launch or use a short bunjey, I imagine there wouldn't be a problem.
Good Luck
Paul
