Notre Dame

Post by Cliff Evans » 15 Apr 2019, 20:34

So sad to see on the news this iconic building on fire. I visited the Cathedral a few years back.. It is / was one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. It was also, even with all the vistors it has on a daily basis the most peacfull restfull place to be. Very very sad.

I very much doubt there would be 600 mill worth of donations to fix that!

Wasn't there something about £350 mill a week to keep it a few years back?
