Hi I must be the newest member! I have been building and flying model aeroplanes (mainly gliders) for 80 years. At present I am building a "Jaskolka
I started it quite a long time ago but this time I am determined to finish it, wings to go but all ribs cut. Next probably a Cliff Charlesworth design as I have the plans and canopy for the reiher and the ASK 13.
I should have said I am a member of the White Sheet Club but it is quite a distance from South Wales!!
Enough for now

Welcome Jim, looking forward to your contributions to the community. There is a Charlesworth K13 being built at present in the build threads that you may be interested in.

Re: Jim Andrews
Thanks Cliff. I was thinking of contacting you as I have some queries. Is it no longer possible to obtain spring steel and brass box wing joiners? My jaskolka has built in tubes in the fuselage but obtaining 14 x 2 mm steel seems impossible . Any ideas please?

Re: Jim Andrews
GlidersUK do some flat steel and brass box tubing. 15mm x 3mm which would be perfect for the Jaskolka.

Yep, 14x2 steel steel strip & box has been superseded by 15x2 as sold by Gliders Distribution.
I have used in in a number of builds over the past few years
