5m scalie wanted

I have a Baudis ASW 22 at 5.3m and just under 5kg (full carbon) it is light but surprisingly versatile and have flown it in up to 25kts. Best in 8 -15kts and loves to thermal. I would recommend the carbon layup as it must be well wibbly wobbly with the glass layup. Pic taken at Bopeep with wings bending both ways caused by torque of aileron input, bit weird at first to see but very manoeuvrable. Brgds Richard

Aye, nice, but too much £££ to chuck off cliff over the sea for me!

Matt, I tend to fly slope off cliffs in higher winds, so a 1/5 is just not chunky enough on the wings enough for what I want it for.

If there isn't anything suitable in the price I'm after, then I happy with what I have at the mo. I might buy that fox fuze from the Czech rep and get mine flying again.

I know a bloke with an Airworld Fox all moulded. But it may be a bit much for you to handle seeing as you keep crashing Foxes. You may be better sticking to the smaller stuff. ( LOL )

Have you thought of a large ASK21. That would suit your flying style. Big Scalie but up to aerobatics with those stubby wings, either that or the larger 123. Ive not seen one of these for sale anywhere, wouldn't mind one myself.
On another note have you ever flown from the cliff top carpark at Portreath , looks like a nice big landing area.

Yes the Big 213 would work. Recently sold my baby 213
No ive not flown there, do you mean south side or north sideof portreath. Ive flown a bit further north, the climb out of portreath is a killer..
If you want to unload the fox, ive 500 quid waiting.

Northside up towards the airfield. Drive up carpark on top , no walking. Plenty of landing area behind.
