Hi, my 50% Orlik seat. It can be scaled smaller and be used in models from that era.
For 3D print, print the side rails and seat sections in ABS. PLA will sag on a hot day, and you guys in UK and Europe do get some very hot days at times. I've been there for some of them. Glue together with some goop made from acetone and the filament you printed with.
If you use the seat for a 1/3 or larger model and fit a pilot, you might want to add some carbon tube under the seat for those rare "firm" landings.
For a laser cut .dxf version, PM me with the scale.

An example of the 3D printed seat in 1/4 scale. This was made using a Prusa MK3S ABS, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 25% fill. Took three sessions. Each side, then back and base with a 5mm brim. I have a 400x400mm large format printer to do the 50% seat.
I will do a laser cut version of the 50% seat later today, laminating two or three 3mm ply sides with a 3mm seat back/base.

Re: Vintage seat - 50% Orlik cut or print
Hi, I removed the laser cut version file above because I changed it, it assembles much better now and has doubled sides but doesn't scale down well.
I made the 50% Orlik seat. It has three support dowels underneath. Fitted in the model the top dowel will continue across to the fuselage sides.
The lattice look is very flexible. The curves changes make the base solid. The back flexes a bit so it will get a brush with some epoxy on the back to set its shape. Looks a bit like a wicker seat which some vintage aircraft had. I'll decide what to do once the model is complete.
There will be a cutout for the control stick. I tested on similar ply cut with a tight bend, and the shape was maintained fine.
The 50% laser cut and 25% 3D printed seats. The Ply seat weighs 268 gms. (I used some scrap radiata pine ply for the sides which is dense, base and back is lite ply). The printed one is 62gm.
50% seat with the 1/3 scale pilot from my Ikarus Meteor (just visible in the background).

Wow, thanks Brian. Would it be possible to get you to draw a standard bucket seat as in picture below at some point.

Funnily enough I do have something very similar. Do you have the basic dimensions?
