chris williams wrote: 12 Dec 2020, 10:01 The ailerons are hinged with Robart style hinges. The final LE is rounded off in order for it to rotate within the aileron shrouds on the wing. The hinges are supported in the wing with 9mm dowel, and the hinge knuckle set back in the aileron to allow for correct rotation. The servo is mounted on 3 x 6mm spruce rails...

Wondering about the torque needed for the ailerons, if building the scaled down 1/5 Minimoa do I need to scale down the servo size, or is there enough gap between the ribs for the same Corona servos?

I used the same servos for the smaller version... Do you have the full set of build pix for the 5th Minimoa?

I've only seen the full build pics for the 1/4 scale. I bought RCME so have the build article for the 1/5 scale, and Sarik sent me a printout of the same article.

Dear Lord Chris. Have you not been to see your doctor about this obsession with Minimoas?
It does look very nice however!
Brian.
