Just out of interest, what's the problem with up and go sustainers Ant?

I'll bring the tray to Sherlowe if you're going?

It’s the “up & go Jetec ducted fans” not the up & go folding prop ones, like Florian Schambecks.

In a nutshell…..ducted fans and non folding props.

10-12mph NW for Sundays Comp which means we’ll use The Gate slope, just a few hundred yards from the Mermaid Pond site (Blake Mere) on Google Earth for those that have never flown this slope.
Parking for about 10 cars by The Gate and the same over the rise alongside the drystone wall.

Two perfect days made for a most enjoyable weekend for the Scale Bash. Flying from The Gate slope from 8:30 to 5:30 both days culminating in chocolate brownie’s courtesy of Roger’s daughter.

The spoils went to :-

Best Modern. Roger Brown. DG 500 Elan.

Best Vintage. Brian Sharp. Olympia 419.
