Hi Chris,

The Silent Flight Technical Committee has been asked as below if there can be any silent flight models displayed at the BMFA AGM on 18 Nov. I am sure mouldies and old timers will be offered by the flat field guys, but is there anyone in midlands who would offer a good quality scale model either vintage or glass type or both? It is hopefully an opportunity for PR with the BMFA showing that slope soaring does warrant their support.

Request for models for a static display at the BMFA AGM and dinner 18 November – forwarding from Helen Feaver.

Good for the profile of silent flight and our relations with BMFA central if we can have some models on display there (whether not record-breakers or special achievers – dare say anything which has, for example, flown at a WCH or indeed examples of the more recent classes would be of interest). Any suggestions / offers, please? And who’s going to the event and could take along someone else’s model? Can’t attend myself.
