Hi all, some time ago I was asked by a local the design for a 1/2 scale Schleicher Ka6E.
There is an ARF avaialble for the Ka6CR but not an E
The E has a smaller fuse cross section, streamlined canopy, and all flying stab/elevator.
The request of the local was the have the wing to fuselage connections to scale as well
At half scale this is not and issue, only a lot of metal bashing is required.
the calculated flying weight is approximate 21 kg
attached are some details of the model and pictures of the computer model
It has not been built yet.
For those that are interested to built this model I will arrange that Cliff Evans will receive the latest plans and parts details.
