I have a copy of the 1/3 scale ASW fuselage drawing which says on section JJ (Fuselage former F10):
“3mm strip balsa sanded smooth in shape. Final result 2mm balsa. Glassed with 25gr/m2 glass cloth and resin. Typical for complete fuselage”

It is planked with 3 mm balsa, then glassed. Jilles build pics clearly show this.

Hello,
slowly but surely things are moving forward.
For the spoilers, I glued pine strips under the cover.
This will allow me to build the cover 2mm thick later.
