Sending PM's

On the new forum you don't actually send the PM's anywhere other than to a collection box; they have to be collected by the recipient. They will sit there showing in your outbox until then. It is a way of showing whether or not they have been read.
The recipient will not know if there's a PM waiting until he/she is logged in and then it will show in the Notifications/Private messages at the top of the page.
Members can also opt to be notified by email when there is a PM waiting if they wish - you enable that in your user control panel.
