After a problem with my transmitter (new Futaba 12k)
I called Ripmax on Monday and spoke to Jim , he told be to bring in or post, as I live only an hour away I took it in on Tuesday
I waited for 1/2 hr, and all fixed, no charge as in warranty, excellent service and nothing seemed to much trouble
