Binding problems with S9R receivers

I am totally lost trying to bind 3 new S6R receivers.
Radio is running Open TX 2.2.4 LBT with the internal module flashed with ISRM V2.1.0
Flashed the first receiver with latest firmware from computer using STK and with LBT version..
Tried to bind with Tx and the result was a steady green but when turned of and reconnected the receiver gave a flashing red.
The same issue arose with the second receiver.
Trying the third receiver I attempted to bind strait from the packet without updating.
Bingo, attached servos and working perfectly.
I then uploaded the latest firmware to receiver no3 and tried to bind it again.
Went to solid green after binding but when I turned off and back on again the receiver
had a steady green and flashing red as if it was still trying to bind.
Really am at a loss with this and would appreciate some help and guidance.
