Hurrah some aerotow!

Almost half the year gone already and we finally get some aerotow action in our region.
Last weekend we went to Dalby Aeromodellers, they kindly invited us to fly at their field after our recent floodings. They were also affected, but it affected access rather than complete inundation. While flying was not exclusively aerotow, we did have some tow sessions. I took very little video so some images will have to do.
The crop behind is cotton ready to harvast. Nasty stuff to land in. The cotton is soft but the stalks are very abrasive. After all the rain why isn't the grass green? It was until recently, it is winter here now and heavy frost has killed off the grass.
Our usual flying field is ready for a towing event at last, in fact it is planned for this coming Saturday. Guess what is forecast? Rrrrraaaiiiinnnn ..............
