Thanks to NHS

Post by Peter Balcombe »

I would like to extend many thanks to the N H S for their wonderful support to me since suffering a Stroke at home3months ago.
Despite the widespread complaints aboutNHS services in the media, I experiencesdvery quick response to cthe 999 call for an ambulance and admission to a stroke ward in a local hospital.
Although partially paralysed on my left side, I am now slowly recovering with Physio csupport,,ready to go home on Thursday ;)
Although I still don’t have the use of my left hand, I hope that it will soon come back to life so that I can resume my current Harbinger build & move on to other projects.

Good to hear you will be back home on Thursday. Don't worry about the build, it is just good to hear that you will be back in the fold. God bless you mate. I must add that the NHS are second to none worldwide.

Good job you're not in Dorchester Hospital: there they have a special battalion of seagulls on the window sills at night, ensuring that nobody gets anything as namby-pamby as sleep...
