Hi All

I am please to be able to confirm that the Ghost Squadron will be running 2 aerotows at Buckminster and one at Blcock again this year . The dates are:-

Buckminster 20/21 May
Baldock 6 August
Buckminster 2/3 September.

All events are open to all glider and tug pilots. Experienced aerotowers will be on hand to assist anyone new to aerotowing, either the glider or tug end, so come along and enjoy the friendly atmosphere in the company of like minded pilots.
Tugs will be available to tow any size glider.

Only 2 weeks to go now unti the first Ghost Squadron Aerotow at Buckminster. The team look forward to welcoming you all to a weekend of relaxed flying.
Experienced tug and glider pilots will be available all weekend to assist anyone new to aerotowing. New glider and tug pilots will be very welcome.
Tugs will be available to tow any size gliders and Buckminster is NOTAM'ed and AiP for models up to 150kg (that size will tax the tugs !!)

The first GS aerotow of the year at Buckminster this this weekend. Weather looks kind with no rain forecast. We hope to see you all there.

Sorry, I cannot be with you all this weekend. I will be at a conference in London. I would however like to thank John and the Ghost Squadron for arranging this meeting and wish all that attend a great weekend.

A quick reminder that the next GS organised glider/aerotow event is the Baldock glider day on 6th August.
All types of gliders and tugs welcome from small foamies to 1/2 scale and bigger. Tugs available to tow any size glider and help available to anyone new to aerotowing.
Camping is available on Sat night, contact John on 07710 924721 to book a place. There will also be a BBQ on Sunday lunchtime.

Hi All

Don't forget it is the annual Baldock glider day this Sunday. All tugs and gliders welcome with help available to any tug or glider pilot new to aerotowing.
BBQ at lunchtime and proper flush toilets on site.

Baldock aerotow is on for tomorrow. BBQ food is ordered and tugs to tow any size model are standing by.
Experienced tug and glider pillots will be on hand to help anyone new to aerotowing. Come along anf have a go.
All sizes of models welcome from Foamies to as big as they get !!
Toilets on site.

A reminder that the last Buckminster aerotow for 2023 will be taking place on 2/3 Sept. It will follow the usual format with tugs available to tow any size model. New glider and tug pilots welcome with experienced flyers on hand to ensure a sucessful day.
